Each year, since 1996, the Museum & Industrie Association has created the entire programme of seminars for the Museum Expressions trade show, the exhibition for cultural gift and museum products.

Regional Centre for Art Professionals in Poitou-Charente

At the end of 2001, The Regional Centre for Art Professionals in Poitou-Charente asked the Association to present them with a proposal concerning the potential for a new range of products derived from the regional heritage – to be created and marketed, as well as the branding of such a range of products.

The Imagiers Association

Les Imagiers, a group of professional creators, producers, publishers and distributors of products derived from a cultural heritage, based at Lagrasse in the Aube department, have asked the Museum & Industries Association to discuss the preparation of a development strategy.

The Quebec Museum Society

The Quebec Museum Society took the advice of Museum & Industries to assist them in their work programme “ Derived Products to Our Image”. A first training session took place in Quebec on 22 and 23 February 2002 for twenty or so museum institutions.

Musart Project
In 1998, within the European Musart project (Leonardo da Vinci programme), Museum & Industries took part in the research for new professional profiles, in the sector of art derived products.

French Postal Museum

Le Musée de la Poste tells a story – that of the postal services and beyond that, the story of French people.
Simultaneously, a museum of history as well as techniques, le Musée de la Poste retraces the history of Postal Services, from Louis XI to now, across its various types of activity. It thus presents the whole history of written communication in 1500m2.
Behind the history of transport, from horse-drawn carriages to train, ship,and behind the history of the stamp which takes centre stage at this museum, there are also the men and women who contributed to our daily lives – postilions, postmen and women, post office workers etc...
True souvenir of a profession, le Musée de la Poste safeguards historical and philatelic heritage with such diverses collection pieces as stamps, postman's uniforms, various models, archives and popular art objects.

Saint-Emilion Tourist Office

As part of the renovation project for the reception area at the Tourist Office (2003-2004), Museum & Industries was consulted regarding the setting up of its shop and its range of derived products. It was also involved in the writing of the specifications necessary to the success of the project.
